All pricing is negotiable.
Every project is unique, so pricing is difficult to predict. However I do understand that you would like to have an idea so a ball-park figure I suggest is CAD100 per page to design a website.
Additional costs:
Hosting is CAD100 per year.
Domain name registration is CAD20 per year.
Ongoing updating is CAD30 per hour, or a retainer may be negotiated.
